prime location friendly staff poor privacy unclear directions

The location really shined. It was right in the heart of everything, a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly to me.

I found it loud and there was little privacy in the room. There weren't clear directions on how to enter.

great croissants perfect location bathroom window dirty space

the breakfast was quite nice (the croissants were my favorite!). the location was perfect for exploring, right in the heart of everything.

the single window in the room was actually in the bathroom, which wasn't ideal. the window looked out onto a rather dirty, uncovered space, which detracted from the ambiance.

The location was excellent. Being so central made exploring very easy. my room was clean, with comfortable beds. the staff greeted me warmly. Their friendliness really stood out. i appreciated the convenient access to nearby amenities, as i could walk to most places!

I noticed the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. it wasn't excessive, but it did affect my sleep a little.

fantastic stay right in the centre!

the view was amazing!!! i could see everything happening in the square. the room was clean and quite spacious. i appreciated the delicious choices available for breakfast. the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The walls were a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.

charming stay at the heart

comfortable bed nearby options

i loved the premium room. it offered a comfortable bed and a sense of tranquility despite being right on the bustling square.. there was a supermarket conveniently located just around the corner. finding places to dine was never an issue, as there was abundance of options nearby.

i found the lack of an elevator in the building a bit challenging. maneuvering with a large suitcase up the stairs proved somewhat difficult. assistance with luggage would have been greatly appreciated.

poor sound insulation lack of light

the location was acceptable for exploring the city center.

i found the room quite subpar. the walls offered poor sound insulation, and noise from adjacent rooms was very audible. the lack of natural light was a considerable drawback, with illumination only via the bathroom window.

central location lovely view friendly staff

The location is CENTRAL. My room offered a Lovely view of the main square. The staff was friendly and efficient. An iron arrived in my room very quickly after I requested it.

The carpet was stained throughout the room. The bathroom cleanliness needed improvement. I also experienced a cold shower one night.

The breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, and cereal. There were also juice, water, coffee, and tea available. I noticed the hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor with outdoor seating.

The check-in process was quick. The staff stored my luggage after check-out. Extra towels were brought by the cleaning staff. One staff member promptly delivered an iron to my room.
